Dean Laurence is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Chair, Board Committee Chair & Member, & Managing Director with over twenty years leadership at board level across the public and commercial sectors, in Australia and overseas.

An effective and proven leader Dean has experience in ASX and large private enterprises, in the construction, property development, retail, wholesale, health services, manufacturing and distribution sectors. He is Managing Director of Redela, his own successful advisory firm specializing in strategy, risk management & finance, advising and mentoring CEO’s and businesses across a range of industries and geographies. Dean is also the Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee at Nutrition Australia and Ermha along with Chair of a service industry SME. He was previously Chair and served on two other boards, including a large public-sector board.

Dean adds value in Strategy, risk & finance to the boards of small and mid-sized public and private commercial and construction & property businesses, high technology start-ups, family offices, advisory boards, and not-for-profit entities in the aged care, healthcare, mental health and disability sectors.
