Kelly Dallas is an internationally experienced executive manager and leader that works with new companies during M&A, building on the relationship after the investment and then collaborating to bring about long lasting benefits to all parties. He gives guidance to management of Commercial & HSE business units to ensure the delivery of safety, quality, profit and cash-flow objectives.

As VP at BlackRock Kelly lead the technical management of assets and asset managers of projects across Europe and North America. He was part of investment teams that deployed $400m+ in capital to acquire 60MW solar and 1GW+ of wind globally. Kelly performed detailed technical due diligence of the equipment supply, O&M, and asset management arrangements of the potential investments. Post-acquisition, Kelly worked closely with the asset managers and operators to provide oversight and technical guidance throughout the construction and operational phases of the investments.

Kelly’s specialties includes Contract Negotiations for Operations and Management, Asset Management, Supply Agreements, Construction Management and Technical Due Diligence. He also assists in improving the operational systems, processes and policies, to enable better management reporting, information flow, business process and organisational planning.
