Matt Williams has twenty-eight years experience in corporate and investment banking (particularly project finance), M&A, private equity funds management, corporate and project advisory and as a director of major listed and unlisted companies in the infrastructure, natural resource and financial services sectors.

Matt has extensive experience and specialized in the funding of capital intensive industries including mining and minerals processing; oil and gas both upstream and downstream; power generation (including renewables), distribution and retailing; other utilities and infrastructure including transport (ports, airports, toll roads, light and heavy rail), water and social infrastructure (stadiums, health facilities and education); telecommunications; plantation timberland and in management of distressed assets. Matt’s recent focus has been on Public-Private Partnerships and privatization.
