Paul Johnston is a Chartered Accountant with twenty five years post qualification experience gained at a big 4 professional services firm and two major FMCG multinationals.

He has an extensive range of corporate and commercial finance skillsets in addition to having played major roles on a global finance transformation and finance functional restructure projects in Australia, New Zealand and internationally. More recently Paul, led the execution of international M&A deals, ensuring the alignment of strategic rationale, the financial investment case and the rigorous identification of risks and their mitigation.  These deals ranged in size from A$25million  to over $6 billion and included public transactions, bilateral deals, competitive auction processes and commercial licencing and intellectual property in developed and emerging markets.
